Responsibilities:
To prepare monthly Progress Claims/Sub contractors Claims
Responsible for site measurement, taking off, variation orders and project cost control.
Handle inquires of quotations,, Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
Coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
Filing and documentations management.
Skills:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent and strong in geometry calculation
Able to converse in English & Chinese
At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
Required Skills : Microsoft Office
Preferable understand geotechnical works in soil improvement and/or piling
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
